1. Information the Site collects

The Site is an independent reference about Avia Masters game. Neither BGaming, which developed the game, nor any gambling operator owns or manages it. Reading it never involves signing up: there are no member profiles, no forms to fill in, no mailing list and nothing to pay for.

As a result, no personal details reach the Site. It does not ask for your name, your email or phone number, a home address, your birthday, banking information or any ID document, and it has no place where you could type them.

What does exist is the ordinary record any web server keeps. When your browser requests a page, the hosting company's server may note certain details automatically: an IP address, the browser and system in use, whether the device is a phone or a computer, which page was opened, which link led there and when the visit happened.

These records are not used to work out your identity, and the Site does not match them against other information to reach that goal.

2. How it is used

Server records serve a narrow set of purposes. They make it possible to send pages to your screen, to keep the Site online and protected, to spot faults or misuse, and to see, in totals rather than per person, which guides attract readers. Nobody uses them to single out a visitor, to assemble a profile or to target ads, and they are never traded.

No automated decisions are taken about anyone who reads the Site. Server records go to no outside party apart from the hosting and technical companies needed to run the Site, or an authority entitled by law to request them.

3. Cookies

A few cookies may be placed by the Site, falling into three groups: necessary, preference and analytics. Their purposes, lifespans and the ways to control them are set out separately in the Cookie Policy.

4. Third-party sites

Several buttons on the Site send readers to online casinos. Each of those casinos is a separate business with its own conditions and its own approach to personal data.

Once you move on to a casino, anything you hand over there – registration details, verification documents, deposit or withdrawal information – is gathered and processed by that operator according to its rules. The Site cannot see this information and has no say in what a casino does with it. Before opening an account anywhere, take time to study that operator's privacy notice carefully.

5. Your rights under data protection law

Canadians are protected by the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, in some provinces, by provincial privacy laws as well. Depending on the situation, these laws can let you learn how an organization uses information about you, see a copy of it, ask for mistakes to be fixed and take back consent given earlier. A complaint can also be brought to the privacy commissioner.

Since server logs are the only data connected with the Site, these rights will mostly matter in your dealings with casinos, which store account information.

No personal data travels from the Site to other countries, as none is gathered to begin with. Server logs remain with the hosting company.

Should a future feature ever involve personal data, a revised version of this policy will appear before the feature is switched on.

6. Data security

Pages travel to your browser over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the access strictly required for operating the Site is granted to the hosting logs. Sending information online can never be guaranteed to be risk-free; holding as little of it as possible is the strongest safeguard the Site can offer.

7. Data retention

Server logs are held no longer than operating and protecting the Site requires. After that, the hosting company's standard process erases them or strips them of identifying details. For cookie lifespans, refer to the Cookie Policy.

8. Minors

Only adults – people aged at least 18 – are the intended audience, and in most provinces gambling becomes legal only at 19. Nothing here is designed for children, and the Site does not knowingly handle information about anyone younger than 18.

9. Changes

A revision of this policy may follow changes to the Site or to the law. The current version is identified by the date printed at the top. If you keep reading the Site after a revision, the new text is the one in effect.

10. Contact

No contact form exists on the Site, and it holds no contact details for readers. If you have a question about information you gave a casino, use that operator's customer support or the privacy contact it names in its own documents.
